Summary

• Moves vendor/tinyagents from f88ebee3 to 322118dc, current tinyagents main. That includes fix: patch whisper-rs-sys for Windows MSVC static CRT #276 (compaction-loop) and refactor(onboarding): remove MnemonicStep and Open Accessibility button, add Recovery Phrase settings panel #279 (tinytools bump).
• Through that, the shared tinytools copy moves from d92c448 to 8e5008c: tinytools main at 8f18f7f, which includes feat(parse): add contains_call_markup tinytools#44 (contains_call_markup, empty-input/empty-markup parse fixes), plus "Ignore fenced examples in GLM fallback".

Note

8e5008c is still only on the tinytools fix/glm-fenced-examples branch, not tinytools main. tinyagents main already pins it, so this PR matches what upstream tinyagents ships.
