Summary

Adds top_p to removeParams on the Haiku 4.5 and Sonnet 4.5 entries that were missing it (22 files): aws-bedrock-mantle, aws-bedrock (Sonnet 4.5 au/global/jp), azure-ai-foundry, microsoft-foundry, google-vertex and databricks.

Why

Claude Haiku 4.5 and Sonnet 4.5 return a 400 when both temperature and top_p are sent (AWS, Anthropic). Clients that send both (e.g. Copilot in IntelliJ) fail unless the gateway strips one; top_p is stripped so temperature is kept. Reproduced on Anthropic claude-haiku-4-5 on devtest.

Inherited effort not stripped

The new removeParams on databricks-claude-haiku-4-5 lists only top_p. Databricks inherits reasoning_effort default medium, which Haiku 4.5 rejects. Same-host system.ai.claude-haiku-4-5 already drops reasoning_effort.
