Missing context window on aliases

These chat entries include limits but omit context_window. First-party Anthropic and the dated Foundry siblings set 200000, and Azure Foundry does not publish a separate window.

Inherited effort not stripped

Medium Severity

The new removeParams on databricks-claude-haiku-4-5 lists only top_p. Databricks inherits reasoning_effort default medium, which Haiku 4.5 rejects. Same-host system.ai.claude-haiku-4-5 already drops reasoning_effort.
