実像からの指摘になりますが「インストール(される)ディレクトリ構造が変更された」んですよね
インストーラで、インストールするディレクトリ内構成を変更できるわけじゃないはずなので、この文章だとちょっとだけ誤解しやすそうです。
(現在形動詞開始からの文章でこれに訳すのはちょっと難しいですが)
