The source facts remain valid as bounded retained historical evidence, but this Draft should not become a standalone canonical package:

• it recommends no canonical coverage change;
• it only re-indexes already-retained primary evidence;
• its PR #555 unmerged/current fence unknown framing is stale;
• later independently audited source research(track-a): feature systems static G0 #560 and clean promotion docs(track-a): promote feature systems static G0 #564 established current-build G01/G04/G05/G06 evidence and moved those rows to PARTIAL;
• G02 remains PARTIAL from existing structural evidence and G03 remains NOT_STARTED; this package adds no causal/live/current-build proof that changes either status.
