Small, accurate docs-only change. I cross-checked every claim against container-runner/src/main.rs and container-runner/src/input.rs:

• --stop-grace-secs default 10 matches #[arg(long, env = "RIVET_STOP_GRACE_SECS", default_value_t = 10)].
