Haiku 4.5 still forwards effort
Medium Severity
The new removeParams on databricks-claude-haiku-4-5 lists only top_p, so inherited reasoning_effort from Databricks default.yaml is still forwarded. Haiku 4.5 does not accept effort, and the same-host system.ai.claude-haiku-4-5 alias already strips it.
