Haiku 4.5 rejects temperature and top_p together (Anthropic: "cannot both be specified for this model"). The dated Anthropic entry and the Bedrock us/eu/global profiles already list top_p in removeParams; these entries did not:

anthropic/claude-haiku-4-5 (alias) — reproduced the 400 through the gateway on devtest.
aws-bedrock au/in/jp Haiku 4.5 inference profiles — aligned with the sibling regional profiles.

Replaces the broader closed #5760.
