feat(ui): prototype Oteryn login shell

• prototype a modern dark navy, blue and antique-gold enter-game shell
• preserve the existing Oteryn Authorization Code + PKCE implementation and the separate legacy server-login mode
• add an Oteryn-specific character-list presentation while reusing the existing CharacterList controller

Scope

OTUI/Lua presentation only. No authentication, protocol, endpoint, credential-lifecycle, Canary or binary-asset changes.

Safety

• no proprietary assets added
• existing legacy widget IDs retained
• no Oteryn password fallback introduced
• prototype remains draft pending runtime visual review

Validation

Focused Lua/OTUI review and GitHub Actions on the final prototype head.
